Downtown Tulsa Partnership's Pop-Up Downtown program has returned for the 2024-25 holiday season with the support of The Commemoration Fund. This program allows emerging entrepreneurs to test the Downtown market through affordable short-term leases in ground-floor retail spaces. Shop hours of operation vary — please see below!

This Pop-Up Shop program allows emerging and growing entrepreneurs and established local brands to test the Downtown Tulsa market through short-term storefronts. The program also seeks to bring holiday cheer to Downtown Tulsa through increased foot traffic and expanded diversity of shopping experiences.
